RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to fix it.

CHANGE OF MIND We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery provided the item is: — Unworn and unwashed — In original condition with tags attached — Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@projectcolourco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

HOW TO RETURN Email hello@projectcolourco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Note: Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
